The role of quantum experts and delay experts
Accura was engaged to provide end-to-end support in:
Delay analysis to assess programme slippage and critical path impacts
Quantum assessment to evaluate variation costs, prolongation, and disruption
Preparation of construction claims to support commercial entitlements
We worked closely with the client’s commercial and delivery teams to review project records, track cost impacts, and present well-structured claims aligned with the contract and project conditions.
