Gas Turbine Project | Delay Expert Appointment
Accura Consulting was engaged as delay expert in adjudication proceedings concerning a gas turbine project where a subcontractor alleged critical delay arising from late information, site access constraints and coordination failures.
We undertook a forensic review of baseline and updated programmes, contemporaneous records, site diaries and correspondence. Particular focus was placed on identifying the true critical path at the time of each alleged delay event and testing the presence of concurrent contractor-driven inefficiencies.

Our analysis applied structured cause and effect principles consistent with recognised industry protocols. The resulting expert report clearly separated excusable delay from non-compensable contractor risk and provided an evidentiary framework suitable for adjudication.
Accura’s strength lies in combining planning expertise with quantum discipline, ensuring delay opinions are logically robust, technically defensible and capable of withstanding cross-examination.
